In a massage, this means it will take you longer to unwind and you may not get all of the benefits of a relaxing rub down.

It does not matter whether you are a pro or a caring friend; you should always work to improve your massaging technique. When you get a massage, encourage your masseuse to use a few of these effective tricks also!
